The Un Certain Regard best screenplay went to The Stopover, by Delphine and Muriel Coulin, and the special jury prize went to The Red Turtle, the animated film by Michael Dudok De Wit.
Actress Marthe Keller headed up the jury, which also included Diego Luna, Celine Sallette and Swedish director Ruben Ostlund. Eighteen films competed in the sidebar.
